Greetings,

My name is Q. I hope all is well. I  was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer April 2017. I underwent a double masectomy without reconstruction & bilateral ovary removal. Chemo is over, no radiation (I’m in a study) & currently on immunotherapy. Treatment has gone well.

I am looking for like minded companions to explore new experiences with & my new identity as a cancer survivor. It will be our point of relation but not the main focus. I am open to a friendship developing into an intimate relationship. Yet I’m still exploring what I’m looking for. If not then you have gained a friend in me.

I desire someone I can hold a conversation with, take classes with like a tango class & cuddle with. I would like to meet someone who can relate to my experience not see me as a sexual experiment or an opportunity to gain a social like on their profile status.

I can’t seem to relate to norms.  I have scars & a different perspective than someone who hasn’t faced their own mortality. I’m not brave, I simply made a decision based on my circumstances & the options I was presented with. I desire Someone who can relate to my experience but that is redefining what it means to be a cancer survivor.

Maybe we can find humor within our life experiences. If I can laugh about it, I can overcome it. Or we can exchange stories & resources.

I am a situational humorist, sensualist, gender fluid, Sapiosexual, dancer, artist, poet, educator & cloud watcher. I love live music of all genres. I enjoy reading, lectures & documentaries. I am into VR games, stand up & burlesque as a means of escape. I love massages; giving & receiving them. I enjoy dark & stormies or a good Moscow mule. A nice Malbec & a good meal.
