I think you just write them in a discussion. There are just too many to list (and I just joined this weekend).

Im sure it has a bad experience at that moment, but Im glad you can laugh at it now… My dad a colostomy bag earlier this year and I got him a belt that prevented him from putting too much stress on his stomach, and also held the bag in place…. sorry Im late with the info about the belt..Im sure it would have been useful a few years ago LOL…. About the group, it is a great idea to motivate people to look at it from a funny perspective. Thanks for organizing it! 🙂

I know what you mean. It hard enough to not “scare people off” with our diagnosis. Now with covid, it’s even hard just to meet people to “scare off” LOL… I live by myself so, it is hard to not go deep into my thoughts about how lonely I am. So, since my doctor told me “no gym” (because of Covid and my low immune system), I started walking in a park nearby. It helps me take my mind off my diagnosis and treatment and it just puts me in a better mood to be around people. Even if I dont talk to them, just a courtesy “Hi” when I cross paths with someone who is also walking puts me in a better mood. if you are able, I hope you give it a try. Find a close park or trail where people go for walks (walking themselves, walking their dog) and put it in your schedule. Im sure the exercise will also be beneficial 🙂 Good luck!
